Chac Hal Al Condominiums is the original Puerto Aventuras condo community. The condo complex is actually built on a peninsula, which ends at the main cut into the Puerto Aventuras marina. Chac Hal Al has studios, one and two bedroom condos.

The Chac Hal Al is choc full of charm! Surrounded by palms and gardens, with water on both sides, it is a tranquil place to relax and enjoy your vacation in Mexico. There are two swimming pools, one in front of the beach front buildings and one at the end by the cut into the Puerto Aventuras marina.

Villas Del Mar Condominium complex has several sections, one of villas and four - four-story ocean view buildings. In each of the four-story buildings, the ground floor and first floors are one level condominium’s, and the second floor has bi-level duplexes. The complex is shaped like a horseshoe with a beautiful swimming pool & lush gardens. The existing condo buildings are a combination of two and three bedroom condos and three bedroom duplexes available for rent.
